Product Code: HA6 Price: Check Latest The HA6 contains both a 1-Wire interface and 900 MHz radio, which provides an ASCII command set for remote applications that need to accommodate Dallas Semiconductor iButton and other 1-Wire devices. The HA6 uses an embedded 100-milliwatt frequency hopping wireless modem that communicates with a wireless 1-Wire host (TZR) using an asynchronous serial data stream. The radio operates within the 900 MHz ISM Band under Part 15 of the FCC Rules and Regulations to provide wireless interface between a 1-Wire host application and remote 1-Wire networks. The HA6 relieves the host of the burden of generating the time-critical 1-Wire communication waveforms while supporting all 1-Wire devices with simple ASCII commands that can be easily generated. The HA6 does all the hard work of interfacing 1-Wire networks. The 900 MHz modem provides as many as 26 1-Wire nodes from a single host radio interface providing for hundreds of 1-Wire devices over a large area with wireless connection to the host application using a 1-Wire Receiver host radio (TZR). The HA6 can perform Search, Conditional search and Family search functions making it easy to acquire the unique 64 bit serial numbers of all connected devices. The HA6 automatically provides the extra current some devices require with a built in smart strong-pull-up. Dallas Semiconductor iButtons which store data in TMEX Touch Memory File format can be read or written with simple ASCII commands. The HA6 will automatically generate and check the CRC16-error checks from Touch Memory File records. The HA6 supports analog, digital, and temperature 1-Wire devices, all Dallas Semiconductor iButtons and EDS sensors. EDS Onesix DDE and OPC servers are compatible with the HA6.
